We chose three pictures that we liked and inspired us from buzzfeed's post about the 159 most beautiful shots from movie history, these were our three;
Requiem for a Dream (2000)
We loved this shot as we felt it caught the atmosphere of our film. We could also envision it with our four characters and also thought that it could be used very well as a poster.
Eyes Wide Shut (1999)
We loved the lighting in this shot, the stark difference between the two colours and how they were incorporated in the same shot, we also thought it frames the actress (Nicole Kidman) very well, and lighting was something that we wanted to be more creative with this year.
Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (2005)
It was the simplicity in this shot that inspired us. We also loved the mise en scene of the floor as we had found a similar flooring that we were hoping to include. Again the lighting in this is difference but also subtly effective.
