Model Release Form
This is an example of the model release forms we used in order to get permission to film and upload footage of our actors.
Audience feedback
We asked a group of thirty 15 year olds to watch the first draft of our film and fill out some anonymous feedback sheets we created.
This was extremely useful for us as it highlighted areas that we could improve upon, but also confirmed areas that were successful, for example the comedy aspect of our trailer. Having a small section of our demographic watch it and find it funny meant that our comedy would work on our target audience.

Shooting Schedule
This is an example of the format we used for our shooting schedule. These schedules were constantly changing throughout the planning process as we had discussions with our actors, but were an extremely helpful resource to have.
Call Sheet
This is an example of a call sheet we used. We wanted to make sure that it included all of the information our actors would need so that we had an effective day of shooting.
